The shortage of skilled professionals in various sectors of the US economy has become increasingly noticeable. The shortage is particularly acute among truck drivers, where the shortage has reached a record high of 250,000. To address this issue, a program was created that allows truck drivers from around the world to obtain a Green Card and receive a Green Card in the US.

Upon arriving in the US, the driver quickly receives a Green Card, as do their spouse and children under 21.

The requirements are quite simple:

1. Possession of a driver’s license that allows driving trucks in the country where the candidate resides.
2. Providing letters from employers confirming work experience.
3. Basic knowledge of English. Language skills requirements vary by company, but generally range from Elementary to Intermediate.
4. No criminal record or US visa violations.

Approximate payment:

Starting pay is $0.62 per mile. $800 per week for the first two weeks of training. Only for newly trained drivers with no experience.

Experienced drivers earn more based on their experience.
